In a news briefing on Nov. 7, NTSB member Todd Inman revealed that after reviewing audio from a cockpit voice recorder, a repeating bell was heard for 25 seconds while the crew tried to control the aircraft before it crashed. At least 12 people were killed in the fiery crash.
