Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said he sees no indication that Vladimir Putin wants peace, insisting the war must be ended through diplomacy.

Earlier Mr Putin told his military generals that Russia would "continue the offensive" and talked of capturing more Ukrainian territory.
The Kremlin today claimed that Ukraine had tried to attack Mr Putin's residence in Novgorod, without providing any evidence. A claim strongly denied by Mr Zelenskyy.
