Why passion is not as important as drive, says Antler CEO
Antler's Founder and CEO believes passion is an important part of building a company, but it's not the key to success.
" Passion in itself is great and it's important and it creates happiness. But for us, drive is really raw ambition combined with the ability to execute," Magnus Grimeland told CNBC’s Arjun Kharpal on the “Beyond the Valley” podcast.
" I think [grit] is overlooked a lot because there are a lot of amazing profiles that has amazing spikes, and they have a ton of drive, but they just give up too quickly," he added.
