This is our first time in Georgia (the country) and the Caucasus region. We start our trip in the capital, Tbilisi, a city with majestic cathedrals, monuments that look like they’re from an alien planet, and whimsical, storybook-like clocktowers. As we explore the city, we’ll try all sorts of unique dishes such as Khachapuri, Khinkali, and Shkmeruli. Georgia might not be the most obvious choice for a European holiday, but let me show you why it’s a must-visit.
