Vice President Vance blasted a Rhode Island federal judge’s ruling that ordered the Trump administration to fully fund November’s SNAP benefits — a decision the administration swiftly appealed.
“It’s an absurd ruling because you have a federal judge effectively telling us what we have to do in the middle of a Democrat government shutdown,” Vance told The Hill during a White House roundtable with Central Asian leaders.
