Deputy Prime Minister questioned on C4 News maternity investigation

Channel 4 News' investigation into the maternity scandal at Oxford University Hospitals Trust was discussed during Prime Minister's Questions today.
Liberal Democrat MP Freddie van Mierlo requested that the results of the government's independent investigation into NHS maternity and neonatal care creates a "sea change" for maternity services.
