As the government shutdown enters day 35, it is now tied for the longest on record. It comes as delays are building up at airports across the United States. Meanwhile, for the millions who rely on food assistance programs, the Trump administration says it will partially fund SNAP benefits in order to comply with a federal judge’s order.
