Nick Reiner is headed back to court Wednesday where he is set to be arraigned in the murder of his parents Rob and Michele Reiner. He is no longer on suicide watch but is being closely monitored. Multiple sources tell NBC news the 32-year-old, who had been open about his struggles with substance abuse, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and that his medication had been changed or adjusted some time before the killings.
