22 years since disappearance of Charlene Downes - will the case be solved?

22 years ago today, Blackpool teenager Charlene Downes disappeared from her hometown.

Despite numerous arrests, two trials and a £100,000 reward, no one has been convicted in her case, which has been hijacked by the far-right.
Now, an eight-part podcast is topping UK charts, which shows how Charlene was failed by those around her and seeks to cut through the salacious rumours which led to her being dubbed 'kebab girl'.
