Barre chords get WAY easier when you fix your hand position instead of squeezing harder. Use the side of your index finger, not the pad, and bring your elbow in toward your rib cage to naturally line everything up. Build the chord in steps. Bar first, then the shape, then check each string that isn’t ringing. Small adjustments like this clean up barre chords fast and save your hand from fighting the guitar!
