Donald Trump has proposed yet again that America "needs Greenland" for "national security", days after the US snatched Venezuela’s then president Nicolas Maduro from its capital Caracas. The Danish prime minister has warned Trump to let go of his "fantasy". The semi-autonomous Danish territory has been at the heart of a new international power struggle, between the US, China and Russia.
