Kamala Harris says she was 'reckless' for not talking Biden out of running for second term | 7.30

It's almost a year since Donald Trump defeated Kamala Harris in the US presidential election.
After a prolonged silence Harris has now stepped back onto the political stage with a memoir about the campaign called 107 Days, an at times candid behind-the-scenes account of the truncated race she ran against Trump.
While the turbulence of the current White House continues, Democrats are struggling to identify new leadership and confront the party's internal crisis over falling support amongst its traditional voters in America's vast working class.
Into this moment drops Kamala Harris' book tour, filling halls across America with enthusiastic supporters, an obvious precursor to a decision to run again.
The former vice-president granted a single Australian interview to 7.30 in London.
