Wild footage shows a furious diner in Hong Kong clashing with more than a dozen armed officers after her phone battery died while trying to pay for a meal via app. Police say the woman grabbed a meat cleaver and scissors inside the restaurant, lunged at officers, and sparked a tense 15-minute standoff before being subdued by the Hong Kong Police Force and taken away on a stretcher.
