Two men have been found guilty of plotting what police said could have become one of the deadliest terror attacks in British history.

Following a five-month undercover counter-terrorism operation, a jury convicted Walid Saadaoui of planning an Islamic State-inspired mass shooting targeting Greater Manchester’s Jewish community, alongside his co-conspirator Amar Hussein.
Saadaoui’s brother was also found guilty of knowing about the plot and failing to alert police.
